Small, but cheap.
I went my first weekend in El Paso on a Friday night and it was little surprising at how empty it seemed. There were people, just not a Friday night crowd, not until midnight anyways. The outside patio area is a bit cramped and the dance floor inside takes up about half the building, with only one row of couches for anyone trying to conduct a party. $10 fee that night, but cheap drinks. Oh, and $9 minimum charge on card, so bring enough cash or you'll start buying other people drinks. :P
